We use third-party payment processors; by purchasing, you agree to their terms. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We generally do not offer partial refunds.
4. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting, you grant Agent Native a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use it to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, code, and content are owned by Agent Native or its licensors and protected by applicable law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Service for personal or internal business use.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service may incorporate AI-generated content. We make no warranties regarding its accuracy or completeness. You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it. Agent Native is not liable for damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated content.
7. Data Privacy and Cookies
Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described.
8. Prohibited Uses

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. AGENT NATIVE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENT NATIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF NO PAYMENTS WERE MADE.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agent Native and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service or cancel your account at any time.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in the United States. You waive the right to bring class action claims.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after posting of changes constitutes acceptance.
